A doula provides emotional, physical, and informational support to a birthing person and their family during pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period.

A Doula primarily supports parents during pregnancy, childbirth, and the immediate postpartum period, offering emotional, physical, and educational support. An NCS, on the other hand, specializes in newborn care, focusing on establishing healthy sleep habits, feeding routines, and overall newborn wellness. Both roles complement each other but serve different needs.

As an NCS, we provide overnight care, allowing parents to rest while we manage nighttime feedings, diaper changes, and soothing. Our goal is to help establish a consistent nighttime routine that supports both the baby’s sleep needs and the parents' rest.

Both as a Doula and an NCS, we are trained to remain calm under pressure and handle unexpected situations professionally. Whether it’s during labor or while caring for your newborn, we’ll provide reassurance and take the necessary steps to ensure everyone’s safety. We're also well-versed in recognizing when medical intervention might be needed and will guide you through the process calmly and efficiently.
